Arterex Expands Medical Manufacturing, Metal Fabrication, and Machining Capabilities with Acquisition of Adroit USA Inc.

Arterex, a leading global Medical Manufacturing companies device developer and contract manufacturer, has acquired Adroit USA Inc., a vertically integrated contract manufacturer that specializes in complete medical device manufacturing and metal fabrication.

Adroit USA Inc., established in 2003 in Pleasanton, California, operates two ISO 13485-certified manufacturing facilities in Bangalore, India, along with an an engineering applications development lab in Milpitas, California.

Adroit USA Inc. is a leading company in medical manufacturing and metal fabrication, with over 650 employees specializing in high-precision injection-molded plastic components, precision stainless steel and nitinol components, and fully assembled and packaged medical devices. The company’s “all under one roof” medical manufacturing and metal fabrication model allows it to deliver tailored solutions to operations of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
