SIGMA acquires waterworks castings, polymer enclosures maker

SIGMA has acquired a manufacturer and supplier of waterworks castings and polymer enclosures, strengthening its infrastructure solutions portfolio and market reach.

Sigma Companies International Corp. (“SIGMA”), a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners (“Wind Point”) and leading manufacturer and supplier of critical waterworks infrastructure products, has acquired Masonry Supply, Inc. (“MSI”) and its associated Tricast-branded product line.

Based in Selma, N.C., MSI is a manufacturer and supplier of municipal waterworks castings, polymer enclosures and other waterworks accessory products. The acquisition of MSI strengthens SIGMA’s extensive waterworks product portfolio and enhances SIGMA’s fulfillment capabilities across the Southeast region of the U.S. Jacob Nash, Vice President of MSI, will continue leading commercial efforts for the business.
