BKT Unveils Advanced Radial Tire Solutions at AGRITECHNICA ASIA

Leading off-highway tire manufacturer Balkrishna Industries Ltd. (BKT) is participating in AGRITECHNICA ASIA, the regional edition of the internationally renowned agricultural machinery exhibition originally held in Hanover. The event, taking place at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC), is expected to attract more than 15,000 trade visitors over three days.

At booth F17, BKT is showcasing a range of advanced tire solutions developed to meet the evolving demands of the Asian agricultural sector, where soil protection, operational efficiency and product durability are becoming increasingly important. Representing the company at the exhibition is Chavakit Ruam Yang Co Ltd., BKT’s official distributor in Thailand and a long-standing partner of more than 20 years.

The distributor is presenting BKT’s latest generation of radial tires designed to minimise soil compaction while increasing load-carrying capacity, helping farmers improve productivity and field performance.

One of the key highlights at the exhibition is the HARVESTER SPECIAL tire, a premium heavy-duty solution developed specifically for the Thai market and widely suited for sugarcane harvesters. Featuring dual-angle lug technology, the tire is designed to provide strong field traction along with smooth road performance, making it suitable for mixed agricultural applications.

BKT is also displaying several products from its AGRIMAX range, including AGRIMAX RT 657 and AGRIMAX RT 855 for soil tillage and road operations, as well as AGRIMAX RT 955 for row crop applications. In addition, visitors can explore products from the TR series, including the TR 135 tire, which is engineered to deliver reliable tillage performance even under demanding working conditions.

Through its participation at AGRITECHNICA ASIA, BKT aims to demonstrate its commitment to supporting modern agriculture with advanced tire technologies that improve fuel efficiency, durability and operational reliability. The company said its products are designed to meet the requirements of increasingly automated and high-powered farming equipment while helping enhance long-term field performance.

Balkrishna Industries Ltd. and Chavakit Ruam Yang Co Ltd. will continue showcasing the company’s agricultural tire portfolio at booth F17 throughout the exhibition, which runs until May 22.
