Wisecap Group, a leading European producer of plastic caps and closures for the beverage industry, and Corvaglia Group, a globally recognized provider of innovative closure solutions for beverage packaging, have entered into a strategic industrial partnership.
Under the agreement, Wisecap will integrate the caps manufacturing activities of Corvaglia Closures Eschlikon AG, a subsidiary of Corvaglia Holding AG, into its European production network, which spans sites in Italy, Spain, the Czech Republic, Poland, and Egypt. Corvaglia will take a minority stake in Wisecap and supply its leading injection-moulding technology and innovative closure designs to the Group.
Customers already benefit from Wisecap’s broad product portfolio covering both plastic caps from 26mm to 48mm and aluminium caps for all major beverage applications. Through this partnership, they will now gain access to an even wider range of innovative closure solutions, thanks to Wisecap’s industrial scale and product diversity and Corvaglia’s moulding expertise and design capabilities. The partnership will accelerate innovation cycles, enhance technical support, and increase supply flexibility across Europe. Together, these strengths further consolidate Wisecap’s leading position as one of the most comprehensive and technologically advanced caps and closures manufacturers in the market.
Corvaglia will continue to focus on technology development and mould production from its headquarters in Eschlikon, while Wisecap will operate the combined caps production for the EMEA market.

Corvaglia remains fully committed to its global beverage closure business and to serving customers along the entire value chain. In Europe, this will be achieved through the new partnership with Wisecap, while in the United States and Mexico Corvaglia will continue to operate independently, covering closure design, injection-mould production, and closure manufacturing in full.
