Acquisition of All American Tire, Colt Tire Recycling, and Genan’s Louisiana operations strengthens Liberty’s tyre collection, recycling capacity, and recycled rubber production across Texas and Louisiana.
Liberty Tire Recycling has expanded its Gulf Coast operations through the acquisition of All American Tire Recycling, Colt Tire Recycling, and Genan’s Louisiana operations, significantly increasing its tyre collection, processing, and recycled rubber manufacturing capabilities across Texas and Louisiana. The strategic acquisitions strengthen the company’s position as North America’s leading end-of-life tyre recycler and support its long-term growth strategy.
The expansion substantially increases Liberty’s regional tyre collection network while adding new processing facilities capable of converting end-of-life tyres into high-quality recycled rubber products. By integrating the newly acquired operations, the company aims to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer service, and expand access to sustainable tyre recycling solutions across the Gulf Coast.
The acquisitions also strengthen Liberty’s ability to supply recycled rubber materials for a wide range of applications, including rubber-modified asphalt, sports surfaces, playground materials, landscaping products, moulded rubber goods, and industrial applications. Increased recycling capacity supports growing demand for sustainable materials while diverting more scrap tyres from landfills.
According to the company, the transactions are part of Liberty’s strategy to build a more integrated tyre recycling network through targeted investments and acquisitions. The expansion follows the company’s continued focus on automation, innovation, and circular economy solutions after its acquisition by I Squared Capital in 2025.
Liberty Tire Recycling operates one of the largest tyre recycling networks in North America, collecting and processing hundreds of millions of end-of-life tyres annually. The company transforms recovered rubber into valuable secondary raw materials used across construction, manufacturing, transportation, and consumer industries, helping reduce waste and conserve natural resources.
With these three acquisitions, Liberty further reinforces its leadership in the tyre recycling industry while expanding the availability of recycled rubber materials for customers throughout the Gulf Coast. The investment is expected to strengthen regional recycling infrastructure, improve supply chain resilience, and accelerate the transition toward a more circular and sustainable rubber economy.
