BKT Tyres has introduced “BKT You Forward,” a nationwide 24×7 journey assistance programme aimed at enhancing safety, convenience, and confidence for two-wheeler riders.
The initiative marks the company’s expansion beyond tyre manufacturing into mobility support services, offering assistance throughout the ownership journey rather than only at the point of purchase.
The programme provides round-the-clock support through a dedicated helpline and is designed to assist riders facing unexpected situations such as punctures, vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or other roadside emergencies. Services include towing support, on-call tyre repairs, jump-start assistance, fuel delivery, route guidance, ambulance coordination, cab arrangements, and legal assistance, depending on the selected plan.
To make the service accessible to a wide range of riders, BKT has introduced three subscription tiers: a Basic Plan priced at ₹99, a Signature Plan at ₹149, and an Elite Plan at ₹199. All plans come with a validity period of two years and are supported by a service infrastructure that includes real-time monitoring and defined escalation processes.
According to BKT Tyres, the initiative aligns with its “Elevate Your Drive” philosophy, which focuses on delivering a more comprehensive mobility experience for consumers. The company believes timely assistance and dependable support can significantly improve rider confidence, particularly in a market where two-wheelers remain a primary mode of transportation for millions of people.
To promote the launch, BKT has rolled out a digital campaign featuring veteran actor Rakesh Bedi. The campaign highlights common roadside challenges faced by riders and demonstrates how immediate support services can help transform stressful situations into manageable experiences.
The launch reflects a broader trend within the automotive and mobility sectors, where manufacturers are increasingly complementing their products with value-added services aimed at improving customer engagement and strengthening brand loyalty. Through BKT You Forward, the company aims to position itself not just as a tyre supplier, but as a long-term mobility partner for Indian riders.
