Birla Carbon is set to showcase its latest carbon solutions for tire and mechanical rubber goods (MRG) applications at Global Polymer Summit 2026, scheduled for September 28–30 at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, Kentucky. The company will exhibit at Booth 417, highlighting technologies designed to address evolving performance and sustainability requirements across the tire and rubber industries.
The company will present its portfolio of carbon black grades for applications including tires, belts, hoses, sealing systems and anti-vibration products. These materials are designed to support key properties such as durability, strength, abrasion resistance and longer product life, which remain important requirements for tire and MRG manufacturers.
Birla Carbon will also place emphasis on sustainable carbon materials as manufacturers increasingly look for solutions that combine technical performance with lower environmental impact. Its portfolio includes Continua™ Sustainable Carbonaceous Material (SCM), a range of circular carbon materials developed at scale and designed to help customers reduce the carbon footprint of their products.
Another highlighted product range will be Continua™ Sustainable Carbon Black (SCB). These carbon black solutions use recycled and bio-based feedstocks with the aim of reducing the environmental impact associated with production while maintaining the performance required in tire and rubber applications.
