Federal Foam Technologies, a custom fabricator of flexible cellular and plastic materials, today announced the acquisition of HSM Solutions’ furniture fabrication facility in Hiddenite, N.C.
The acquisition expands Federal Foam Technologies’ manufacturing presence into the Southeast and adds regional manufacturing capacity to support customers throughout the area. “This acquisition is an important step in our long-term strategy to strengthen our regional manufacturing network and better support customers across North America,” said Kent Reyers, President of Federal Foam Technologies.
“Hiddenite significantly expands our foam fabrication and manufacturing capabilities in the Southeast and enhances the quality, responsiveness and partnership our customers expect from FFT.” The acquisition adds an experienced team, established customer relationships and additional operational resources that enhance customer continuity and long-term growth while further strengthening FFT’s ability to deliver engineering expertise, manufacturing excellence and customer-focused solutions across North America.
