ACW Plastic Products, Inc. announces strategic transition agreement with Poly-Ject

As part of this agreement, APP will assume all injection molding operations previously managed by Poly-Ject, which officially ceased molding operations on May 30, 2025. Poly-Ject will continue offering mold design and build services, while working closely with APP to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for existing customers.

“We are honored that Poly-Ject has entrusted APP to carry forward the exceptional service and quality their customers have come to expect,” said Alex Krauss, owner and head of Operations at APP. “Our teams are working directly with Poly-Ject Owner Steve Thibeault to ensure continuity and minimize any disruption to customers’ operations.”

APP is an ISO 9001-certified, 24/5 injection molding facility with over 30 years of experience serving OEMs across diverse industries. Known for its strong technical capability, robust quality systems, and customer-first approach, APP is positioned to take on a wide range of projects with precision and consistency.

“We see this as more than a handoff – it’s a partnership. We’re excited to support Poly-Ject’s valued customers as they move forward with us, and we’re committed to earning their trust,” said Jeff Longden, head of Sales at APP.

To support this transition, APP has already begun onboarding customers, reviewing tooling and scheduling production planning meetings. The APP team encourages all former Poly-Ject customers to reach out with any questions, tour the facility, and engage directly with APP’s operations and engineering staff to ensure alignment and transparency from day one.
