Bridgestone expands product lineup with three new tires at CONEXPO-CON/AGG

Bridgestone expands its portfolio with three new tire launches at CONEXPO-CON/AGG, strengthening its construction and off-the-road segment.

Bridgestone Americas is set to debut three new off-the-road (OTR) tires at this year’s CONEXPO-CONAGG, showcasing its latest innovations for heavy equipment. The lineup includes the MasterCore V-Steel M-Traction Deep (VMTD) 27.00R49, the V-Steel Rock Deep Ultra (VRDU) 24.00R35, and the Firestone Multi Block T. The tires will be featured at Bridgestone’s booth, alongside its full range of premium and intelligent OTR solutions for cranes, haulers, loaders, and graders.

“These new tires highlight our focus on high-performance products that help operators work more efficiently,” said Rob Seibert, President of Off the Road, Bridgestone Americas. “Each is engineered to extend service life, reduce downtime, and lower overall costs.”

The MasterCore VMTD 27.00R49, designed for 100-ton haul trucks, uses Bridgestone’s MasterCore technology to offer 14% deeper tread, 10% longer service life, and 10% higher load capacity. The tire will be available in four compounds—standard, cut-resistant, ultra cut-resistant, and heat-resistant—starting June 2026.

For quarry applications, the VRDU 24.00R35 features a three-star rock tread pattern that increases ton-mile performance by 15% and load capacity by 8%, with a new tread design to reduce heat and wear. This model will roll out in 2027, replacing the VRQP series.

The Firestone Multi Block T, designed for articulated dump trucks and wheel loaders, offers 10% more cut resistance, 10% deeper tread, and a versatile multi-star, non-directional pattern. It will be available this summer in five sizes, replacing the Versabuilt AP.
