Order for railway rubber components strengthens Ameenji Rubber’s order book and reinforces its position as a key supplier to India’s railway infrastructure sector.
Ameenji Rubber Limited has secured a ₹19.97 crore supply order from South Eastern Railway, further strengthening its presence in India’s railway infrastructure sector. The contract reinforces the company’s position as a trusted manufacturer of specialised rubber products used in railway applications and adds significantly to its growing order pipeline.
The order involves the supply of engineered rubber components designed for railway infrastructure. Ameenji Rubber manufactures a wide range of products for the rail sector, including railway rubber pads, composite grooved rubber sole plates, rubberized level crossings, and other elastomeric solutions that improve track stability, reduce vibration, and enhance operational safety.
The latest contract reflects continued investment by Indian Railways in modernising its network through high-quality infrastructure components. As railway expansion and track renewal projects accelerate across the country, demand for durable, high-performance rubber products is expected to remain strong, creating growth opportunities for domestic manufacturers.
For Ameenji Rubber, the order is expected to strengthen revenue visibility while reinforcing its long-standing relationship with railway authorities. The company has established itself as a supplier of engineered rubber solutions for railways, bridges, highways, metros, and other infrastructure projects, supported by certified manufacturing and in-house testing capabilities.
The contract also highlights the growing role of Indian manufacturers in supporting the country’s infrastructure development under ongoing railway modernisation programmes. Increased procurement of locally manufactured rubber components aligns with the broader objectives of improving railway safety, reliability, and operational efficiency while promoting domestic manufacturing.
The ₹19.97 crore South Eastern Railway order further strengthens Ameenji Rubber’s position in the non-tyre rubber products market. With continued demand from railway and infrastructure projects, the company is well positioned to expand its footprint in India’s growing transportation and engineering sectors.
