Industrie Polieco announces the acquisition of The Compound Company, strengthening its position in advanced polymer solutions and expanding global market capabilities.
The Compound Company announces that it has reached an agreement for the sale of 100% of its shares to Industrie Polieco – M.P.B. a leader in production of piping systems and resins for coating and packaging with headquarters in Brescia, Italy. The transaction is expected to close by the end of December 2025, subject to customary approvals and notifications.
Industrie Polieco – M.P.B. expects that combining the knowledge and expertise of its compounding activities M.P. B. with The Compound Company will create a strong platform for further global growth. The Compound Company will continue to execute its current strategy and growth plans, supported by its new owner, and will remain headquartered in Enschede, The Netherlands.
